If you are need of help with an order or have a general question, you may reach out via email at info@shopeden.co. Customer service hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm central standard time. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

Return Policy:

In the event you receive the wrong size/color or in the rare case that you are unhappy with your garment, you are entitled to an exchange, site credit or full refund within 14 days of receipt of garments Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any tears, stains or visible signs of wear to be eligible for return or exchange. In order to being the return process, please email info@shopeden.co with your order number and name.
